Shipping processing time
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be processed. But the fulfillment time may be different during the holiday season.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
When the order is placed, e-mail you will receive order information by mail. Also you will receive an additional e-mail. email with tracking information. When the order is shipped.
Customs, duties and international taxes
I am not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (rates, taxes, etc.)

Incorrect shipping address
The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request a change of shipping address.
To request a change of address, please complete the contact form with your name and order number „here“ . Please note that once your order has been processed and shipped, we will not be able to adjust or re-ship it.
If any address is incomplete, we will contact you as soon as possible. We have a timeframe of 5 business days to provide the correct shipping information. If we have not received an answer within 5 days, your order will be cancelled.
Returned orders due to incorrect address
If the package is returned to us, you will be contacted by email. The shipping fee must be paid again if you want your order reshipped or shipped to a new address. If you no longer wish to receive your order, the order will be canceled and your original payment account will be refunded for the cost of goods. Taxes and shipping charges are non-refundable.
Lost package
We are not responsible for packages that may be lost in transit. „Maria Dream Art“ is responsible for your package up until the point it is picked up by the mail carrier.
We do not have control over the delivery timeline of your package once it leaves our doors. It is the responsibility of the customer to track, locate packages or contact postal carriers to file a claim.
We are unable to track untracked sticker-mail and are not responsible for lost orders. We highly advise you to add sticker-tracking to your cart so you can track your order.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns/exchanges. „Maria Dream Art“ is not responsible for any items damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Save all packaging materials and damaged items before making a claim.
Order cancellations
